摘    要:目的:探讨以问题为基础教学法(PBL)联合案例教学法(CM)在肿瘤学教学中的应用及价值。方法:本科见习学员110名随机分为联合教学组(n=58)与传统教学组(n=52)。传统教学组进行传统的教师课堂讲解、临床带教模式,联合教学组采用BPL联合CM教学模式,首先由教师提出问题,由学生自习、讨论;然后,选择典型案例,结合提出的问题进行临床见习和讨论,最后总结,统计分析考试成绩及教学满意度。结果:考试成绩联合组(84.5±14.5),显著高于传统组(75.6±22.4),P〈0.05;联合组教学评价满意率(82.8%),显著高于传统组(67.3%)。结论:PBL联合CM教学法是一种切实可行的肿瘤学教学方法。
