| 摘 要： | 目的 了解重庆市流动人口包皮环切手术的接受意愿及其影响因素.方法采用随机整群抽样方法抽取750名流动人口,自行设计调查问卷对其进行调查.结果750名调查对象中,有41.07％愿意接受包皮环切手术；年龄为22 ～ 29岁(P=0.02)、文化程度为大专及其以上(P＜0.001)的人群较其他人群更愿意接受手术；回归分析结果表明,流动人口包皮环切接受意愿的主要影响因素为:是否知晓包皮过长或包茎可以引起尿道感染( OR=7.949,95％ CI= 1.297～48.729)、是否知晓手术的并发症(OR =0.111,95％ CI=o.022～0.575)、自己是否有包皮过长或包茎(OR =4 826.936,95％ CI= 590.718～3 942 860)、最近1个月是否发生过性行为(OR= 72.02,95％ CI= 5.428～955.570).结论包皮环切术在重庆地区流动人口中的接受意愿较高,而实际环切率较低,主要原因是对相关知识的认知不够.
