| 摘 要： | 目的：探索护理本科生职业生涯规划与专业认同之间的关系,为更好的开展护理本科生的职业生涯规划教育,提高他们的专业认同程度提供理论依据。方法：采用调查问卷对护理本科生进行调查。结果：护理本科生的职业生涯规划与专业认同得分呈正向相关（r〉0,P〈0.05）。结论：护理本科生的职业生涯规划状况和专业认同存在正向相关关系,学校可以把职业生涯规划教育与专业认同教育有效的结合起来,让二者彼此促进,达到相辅相成的效果。
