CPBL教学法在内科实习教学中的实践与评价

摘    要:目的:临床CPBL是一种以实际病例为基础的PBL学习新模式。本研究探讨CPBL在内科临床教学中的效果。方法:将内科实习生108名随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用CPBL教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,比较分析两组教学效果的差异。结果:两组实习生基础知识考试成绩无明显差异;PBL教学组病历分析考试成绩及五项能力自我评定结果均明显优于传统教学组。结论:PBL教学法有利于培养学生的自学能力和创新精神,在教与学两方面促进了教学质量的提高。

Abstract:Objective: To study application of CPBL in internal medicine clinical teaching.Methods: 108 students were selected and divided into the CPBL group and the control group at random.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results: The score of CPBL group is higher than that of the control group in case analysis and various clinical abilities.Conclusion:CPBL can effectively increase overall quality in internal medicine clinical teaching.
