医科研究生专业认知及影响因素研究

通过对上海某高校医科专业研究生的问卷调查,了解分析研究生专业认知情况和专业认知的影响因素。研究表明76.6%的被调查者对目前就读的专业较为认同,影响专业认知的因素包含个人兴趣、就业前景认知、导师等。调查结果提示高校教育者在专业认知教育中要结合并充分培养研究生的个人兴趣,令专业＂变柔变活＂,帮助学生早做职业生涯规划,同时,还应发挥导师的个人魅力,抓住专业认同教育的黄金期,并关注女性研究生的发展。

Investigation and analysis on major cognition of medical graduate students
