| 摘 要： | 目的:咽炎咀嚼片质量标准的建立.方法:采用TLC法对处方中的甘草、金银花两种组分进行定性鉴别:采用高效液相色谱法对处方中的绿原酸进行了含量测定.结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰,高效液相色谱法线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.61％,RSD为0.97％.结论:本法定性、定量检测准确、可靠,能有效控制咽炎咀嚼片的质量.

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish the quality standard of phyaryngitis chewable tablets.Method：Flos Lonicerae and Radix Glycyrrhizae in phyaryngitis chewable tablets were identified by TLC,and the content of chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC.Result： The TLC spots were clear with no interference by the negative control.The linear relationship of chlorogenic acid was promising. The average recovery was 99.61%with RSD of 0.97%.Conclusion：The method is exact and credible,and could effectively control the quality of pharyngitis chewable tablets. |
