临床实用型医学生实践技能多元化模式培养研究

摘    要:针对临床实用型医学生,在临床前期以模拟教学为核心,构建多元化临床技能训练体系。训练结束后采用客观结构化临床考试(Objective Structured Clinical Examination,OSCE)方式评价学生临床技能。实践证明这种培养模式解决了临床教学资源匮乏的问题,增加了学生的实践机会,有助于培养医学生的综合临床技能。
