| 摘 要： | 针对临床实用型医学生，在临床前期以模拟教学为核心，构建多元化临床技能训练体系。训练结束后采用客观结构化临床考试（Objective Structured Clinical Examination，OSCE）方式评价学生临床技能。实践证明这种培养模式解决了临床教学资源匮乏的问题，增加了学生的实践机会，有助于培养医学生的综合临床技能。
