| 摘 要： | 目的 了解四川省阿坝州大骨节病病区居民对大骨节病的知信行情况.方法 采用自行设计的访谈式问卷,对阿坝州大骨节病病区13个村的939名常住居民进行入户调查.结果 调查对象的大骨节病相关知识总体正确率为37.8%,其中600人(63.9%)通过医疗卫生人员讲解获取相关知识；调查对象中833人(88.7%)关注大骨节病,874人(93.1%)愿意主食大米,853人(90.8%)愿意食用硒碘盐；833人(88.7%)坚持食用大米,561人(59.7%)坚持食用硒碘盐,最近l周食用蔬菜、猪牛羊肉、家禽及禽产品、鱼类的人数分别为892人(95.0%)、877人(93.4%)、276人(29.4%)、65人(6.9%).结论 阿坝州病区居民对大骨节病的认知、食用硒碘盐及饮食种类多样化的情况不容乐观,需有针对性地进行健康教育.
