摘    要:目的:研究茶籽壳的不同部位提取物清除二苯基苦基苯肼(DPPH)自由基的作用.方法:采用系统溶剂法将茶籽壳的乙醇萃取物分成石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇及水四个部位提取物,采用DPPH自由基体系法测定其抗氧化活性,并和没食子酸、抗坏血酸进行比较.结果:茶籽壳的乙酸乙酯部位提取物0.25 mg ·ml-1对DPPH的清除能力达到95%;0.3 mg ·ml-1的正丁醇部位提取物对DPPH清除率达到95%:水部位提取物0.35 mg ·ml-1清除率也达到85%;石油醚部位提取物没有活性.结论:茶籽壳的乙酸乙酯、正丁醇及水提取物有抗氧化活性.其中,乙酸乙酯部位的抗氧化能力最强.

Abstract:ABSTRACT Objective: To study the scavenging activity on radical DPPH by different extracted parts from the tea seed shell.Method:The alcohol extracts of the tea seed shell were divided into four parts by systematic solvent, including petroleum ether part, ethyl acetate part, n-butyl alcohol part and water part. The antioxidant activity of the four parts was determined by radical DPPH systematic method with gallic acid and ascorbic acid as the comparison.Result:The scavenging activity on radical DPPH by the ethyl acetate part extracts from the tea seed shell was the strongest and reached 95% when the concentration was 0.25 mg·ml-1. The n-butyl alcohol part followed and reached 95% when the concentration was 0.3 mg·ml-1. When the concentration of the water part extracts reached 0.35 mg·ml-1, the scavenging activity reached 85%, while the petroleum ether part showed no activity.Conclusion:The scavenging effects on radical DPPH by the ethyl acetate part, the n-butyl alcohol part and the water part extracts from the tea seed shell are promising with the strongest effect exhibited by the ethyl acetate part.
