临床教师师德教育的路径探讨

摘    要:临床教师作为高等医学教育的主体力量,其师德教育的成果不仅影响到整个医学教师队伍的层次水平和医学院校的办学质量,更关系到医学生职业道德素养的培养提高。结合临床教师的工作实际,从加强岗前培训、拓展在职教育以及完善考评机制等方面分析探讨了加强这一特殊教师队伍师德教育的路径方法,旨在进一步提高临床教师的师德水平,更好地为医学临床教育教学服务。
