| 摘 要： | 目的：观察米非司酮治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法：将40例确诊为围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者,睡前口服米非司酮12.5mg,治疗前后检测各项指标以监测子宫及肌瘤体积。结果：子宫肌瘤体积明显缩小,31例患者的贫血得到改善。结论：米非司酮治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤近期效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect on treating uterus myoma in perimenopausal with applying mifepristone.Method:We Checked every index to monitor the volume of uterus and uterus myoma before and after the treatment on with applying 12.5 mg of mifepristone before sleeping on 40 uterus myoma cases in perimenopausal.Result: 31 cases of anaemia were improved and the volume of myoma of uterus was significantly reduced.Conclusion: The recent medication effect of mifepristone is very good on uterus myoma of ... |
