| 摘 要： | 循证医学实践的最终目的是为处理临床问题提供最佳证据,因此如何从实践应用的角度获得最佳证据是最重要的问题之一。作者从实际应用的角度提出了两种检索证据的方案,一是定购有Cochrane图书馆光盘的读者可直接从光盘中查询Cochrane图书馆的系统评价全文和摘要,二是没有定购Cochrane图书馆光盘的读者可从一些网站查询Cochrane图书馆的系统评价摘要和其他证据。若按上述方法不能得到满意的结果,对此提出了扩展检索方案。

| Abstract: | The final aim of evidence-based medi cine(EBM)practicing is providing best evidences for treating patients.So how to get best evidences for practic e application is one of most important problems.Author gave two proposals.The first is that those readers who had ordered Cochrane Library discs can research complete systematic revie ws and abstract of Cochrane Library f rom the discs.The second is that those re aders who had not ordered Cochrane Library discs can research systemat ic reviews abstract of Cochrane Libr ary and other evidences from internet we b sites.If they didn' t satisfy the out-come,they can try the expanded proposal that author gave. |
