外伤性脾破裂保脾手术的探讨

目的 探讨脾破裂保脾手术方式，以提高脾破裂的诊治水平。方法 回顾性分析25例外伤性脾破裂患者的临床资料，分别采用脾破裂修补术、部分脾切除术、自体脾移植术治疗脾破裂。结果 本组25例，全部治愈。术后经B超或CT检查证实脾脏或脾片成活。结论 创伤性脾破裂在确保伤者生命安全的前提下，应尽可能保留脾脏，尤其是儿童。保脾手术治愈率高，术后感染率低。

Investigate operation of preserving the spleen of traumatic splenic rupture

Objective investigate operation methods the spleen of preserving spleen of traumatic rupture in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment effect of traumatic splenic, rupture. Methodt8 A group of 25 cases of traumatic splenic rupture was analyzed retrospectively, they were treated by prosthesis of rupture of spleen or partial spleneetomy or transplant of autologous spleen. Resuts 25 cases in the group, all successful. After operation spleen or piece of spleen in body are alive by ultrosonography and CT examination. Conelusion Under the ensuranee of the safety of the patients life. Preservation of the spleen should by preformed if possible ,especially for children, high curative ratio and low infection rate after an operation.
