| 摘 要： | 目的探求目前梅毒血清学试验的最佳选择。方法用TRUST、TPHA、TP-ELISA、TP-PCR四种方法，对55例血清标本进行对比检测。结果TRUST法的敏感性为71.4%，特异性为95.0%；TPHA法敏感性和特异性均达100%；TP-ELISA及TP-PCR的敏感性及特异性均低，属试剂盒质量问题。结论建议对初检患者，尤其是高危人群，宜选用TPHA法检测，以提高初检结果的检出率和可靠性，对其结果阳性者，再即查TRUST或RPR法，以随访对比观察疗效、复发及再感染。

| Abstract: | Aim To search the best serological detection for Treponema Pallidum.Methods Performing contrastable detection on 55 serum samples with the TRUST,TPHA,TP-ELISA and TP-PCR four methods.Results The sensitivity of TRUST was 71.4% and the specificity was 95.0%.The sensitivity and the specificity of TPHA were both 100%,but the sensitivity and specificity of TP-ELISA and TP-PCR were both not high for the poor quality of the reagents.Conclusion TPHA is the best choice for patients of first visit to a doctor,especially for the highly dangerous crowd for increasing it is isolated rate.If it is a possitive result,test it again with TRUST or RPR in order to observe the treated effects、relapse and re-infection. |
