| 摘 要： | 为观察西沙比利在结肠清洁中的效果，将２４０例接受结肠镜检的病人随机分为三组；（１）对照组５６例，采用常规用药。（２）实验１组９２例，采用常规用药加西沙比利１０ｍｇ口服；（３）实验２组９２例，采用常规用药加西沙比利２０ｍｇ口服。结果实验２组９７．８％的病人达到清洁肠道的目的。

| Abstract: | In order to observe the effects of cishabili to be used in cleaning colon, 240 subjects were randomly divided into three groups: Control group, 56 cases, routine cleaning colon; Experimental group one, 92 cases, receiving routine plus oral cishabili 10 mg; Experimental group two, 92 cases, receiving routine plus oral cishabili 20 mg. The results was found that the colon of 97 8 % patients was satisfactorily cleaned in the experimental group two. It was showed that oral cishabili 20 mg plus routine could be used as a routine method for cleaning colon before colonoscopy. |
