哮喘缓解期患儿遵医行为的影响因素调查及对策

目的了解哮喘缓解期患儿的遵医行为及影响因素，为实施正确的干预措施提供依据。方法采用自行设计的哮喘患儿遵医行为调查问卷，对68例哮喘缓解期患儿及家长进行问卷调查。结果患儿及家长对自我监测、记哮喘日记、参加哮喘知识讲座、药物治疗、定期复查、预防呼吸道感染、避免接触过敏源的完全遵医率为4．4％～17．6％，影响遵医行为的主要因素有担心药物不良反应、知识缺乏、吸入药物方法不正确、信心不足、患儿不配合、经济原因等。结论哮喘缓解期患儿及家长遵医率低，影响因素较多，需针对原因采取护理对策，以提高其遵医行为，有利于疾病康复。

Factors and strategies of compliance behavior for child with asthma in remission stage

Objective To study compliance behavior for child with asthma in remission stage and the factors to provide evidence for correct intervention. Method Investigate 68 children with asthma and their family by self--designed questionnaire. Result The total compliance for children and their parents are 4.4 %-17.6% on self--monitoring, keeping asthma diary, attending lecture on asthma,drug therapy, regular reexamination, preventing respiratory tract infection and avoiding allergen. The main factors affecting compliance are concerning about side effects, shortage of knowledge, incorrect way of inhalation, lacking confidence, children without cooperation and economical factors. Conclusion There are many factors on low compliance rate for both children and their parents. Measures should be taken according to causes to improve compliance and rehabilitation.
