浅析国外双向转诊模式的特点

双向转诊是根据痈隋和人群健康的需要而进行的上下级医疗机构间、专科医院间或综合医院与专科医院间的转院诊治过程，其中全科医生（general practitioner，以下简称GP）是双向转诊制度的关键控制环节。比较国外双向转诊模式的差异性，同时结合我国的国情，借鉴其有益经验，对于发展我国的社区卫生服务，切实完善双向转诊制度，降低医疗费用支出，减轻大医院的门诊压力，完善医疗保障制度具有重要意义。

The characteristics of dual-referral model in other countries

The duN-referral model is that referring patients between the health facilities at higher and lower levels, or between the special hospitals and general hospitals depending on the illness and health demands. General practitioners are the key control part in the system. In the developing community health services, it is meaningful to get the experiences after comparing the difference of various dual referral models in other countries. Combining foreign experiences and our situation, perfecting the dual referral system will facilitate the improvement of medical insurance system regarding reducing the medial experiences and decreasing the pressure for outpatient clinics of big hospitals.
