| 摘 要： | 目的 观察血府逐瘀胶囊联合氨氯地平(络活喜)、苯那普利(洛汀新)治疗对高血压病左室舒张功能及心室重构逆转的影响.方法 选取60例未经正规治疗的高血压病患者随机分为治疗观察组(A组)、治疗对照组(B组)各30例,A、B2组均服用氨氯地平、苯那普利,A组加服血府逐瘀胶囊.2组均在治疗前、治疗6个月、治疗10个月观察对血压、左室舒张功能、心室重构的影响.结果 A、B组在稳定降压的同时均能逆转左室肥厚(LVH)及改善舒张功能,而且随着用药时间的延长,LVH逆转及E/A比值升高越明显,A组治疗后IVST、LVDd、LVMI下降幅度及E/A比值上升幅度均大于B组(P<0.05),A组LVDd逐渐缩小,提示逆转LVH、改善心脏舒张功能方面较B组为优.结论 治疗高血压病联合使用血府逐瘀胶囊能更有效地逆转心室重构、改善心功能.
