精神分裂症患者自知力与阴性症状相关性研究

目的：探讨精神分裂症患者自知力与阴性症状的关系。方法：对42例以阴性症状为主的住院精神分裂症患者自知力和阴性症状采用自知力量表（SAUMD）、BPRS、SANS和SAPS进行定量评估,并作Spearman等级相关分析。结果： 阴性症状量表总积分和该量表情感平淡、意志缺乏、注意障碍以及兴趣缺乏分量表积分与自知力评分相关（r=0.70-0.80)， 差异有显著性和极显著性意义（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）。结论：精神分裂症患者自知力恢复与阴性症状的改善有关，但阴性症状的改善并不意味着自知力的全面恢复。

A relative study of insight and negative symptoms in schizophrenic patients

objective To explore the relativity of insight and negative symptoms in schizophrenic patients. Methods 42 cases of schizophrenic patients with negative symptoms according to CCMD-2-R were assessed at ration before the treatment and eighth week after the treatment, including BPRS,SAPS,SANS and SAUMD (scale to assess unawareness of mental disorder), and analyzed with Spearman's rank correlation. Results When the insight was seriously affected , the total scores of SANS, SAUMD and the scores of some psychiatry symptoms in SANS were higher. The relationship between the insight and the total scores of SANS, the scores of some psychiatry symptoms in SANS were also close, the difference were significant ( P <0.01). Conclusion The recovery of insight in schizophrenic patients is effected that the negative symptoms in schizophrenic patients improved, but it do not mean the comprehensive recovery of insight that the negative symptoms are improved.
