血管内皮生长因子D在胃癌中的表达及其与淋巴道转移的意义

目的 研究血管内皮生长因子D (VEGF- D)在进展期胃癌中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系.方法 88例胃癌手术病例,分淋巴结转移阳性组50例和淋巴结转移阴性组38例;另设正常胃黏膜对照组10例.应用免疫组织化学EnVisionTM两步法检测正常胃黏膜和两组胃癌标本VEGF- D表达.结果 在胃癌组织中,VEGF- D呈阳性表达,阳性表达率为62.5%,明显高于正常组(P＜0.05).在伴淋巴结转移的胃癌中, VEGF-D阳性表达率与无淋巴结转移者无明显差异(P＞0.05).结论 胃癌组织中有VEGF- D阳性高表达,VEGF- D的表达可能与胃癌淋巴结转移无关.

Expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor D in gastric cancer

Objective To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor D(VEGF-D)and its relationship with lymph node metastasis in human gastric carcinoma.Methods Eighty-eight patients with gastric carcinoma underwent gastrectomy were devided into two groups(positive and negative for lymph node metastasis),and 10 specimens of normal gastric mucosa were used as control group.The expression of VEGF-D protein was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results VEGF-D protein was expressed in 62.5% of 88 gastric cancer patients,which was significantly higher than that(20%)in the control(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between the expression of VEGF-D and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion The positive expression rate of VEGF-D is high in gastric carcinoma,which may not be correlated with lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
