| 摘 要： | 本文在应用ｒＨｕＩＬ－３刺激健康人骨髓干细胞半固体培养中的集落形成的实验系统，发现了ｒＨｕＩＬ－３ＭｃＡｂＩＢ９对ｒＨｕＩＬ－３刺激集落形成活性的中和作用，当在培养系统中加入１：１０００稀释的ＭｃＡｂ腹水时其抑制率达到８２．５％。本结果对由于ＩＬ－３分泌过高时所引起的某些造血系和非造血系肿瘤等疾病的治疗提供了有价值的实验依据。

| Abstract: | in the present study, neutralization of IL-3-stimulated colony formation of normal human bone marrow progenitor cells in semisolid culture was found by anti-rHuIL-3 McAb 1B9.The results demonstrated that McAb 1B9 could inhibit the colony formation in a dose-dependentmanner, and the inhibition reached 82. 5% when added at the beginning of the culture with a 1: 1000 dilution of the McAb ascites. It suggested that the IL-3 McAb with neutralization activityaught be a potential reagent used for treatment of some hematopoietic and monhematopoietic tumors caused by elevated level of IL-3. |
