子宫肌瘤古籍文献研究的内容评析

目的:通过对子宫肌瘤中医古籍文献的评价、分析,为临床及科研的决策提供证据。方法:采用内容分析法进行研究。结果:纳入研究124篇古籍文献,其中73篇(58.8%)提及6种病因病机,以瘀血内结、痰湿阻滞、情志失调、正气虚弱致病居多;34篇描述了自觉症状,以腹部肿块、月经失调、腹痛为主症;82篇古籍文献中的治疗方法以内治法为主,共涉及46个内服处方。结论:从古文献中发掘临床辨治子宫肌瘤具有一定的规律,可用于指导临床实践。

Content analysis of ancient literature on myoma of uterus

Objective: The research aim was to provide the evidence for decision-making of clinical practice on myoma of uterus from ancient literature of Chinese medicine.Methods: Using the method of Content Analysis to conduct the study on ancient literatures of myoma of uterus.Rusults: 124 passages from classic literatures were included in the study.Among which,73(58.8%) passages mentioned 8 kinds of etiology and pathogenesis.Pathogenic interior retention of blood stagnation,stagnation of phlegm-damp,therapy of emotional disorder,vital energy weak were those mostly occurred;34 passages prescribed the subjective symptoms,and abdominal mass,dysmenorrhea,celialgia was the main symptoms of myoma of uterus;82 passages indicated internal therapies involving 46 formulas.Conclusions: The methods and characteristics detected from ancient literature of Chinese medicine could be applied in clinical practice on myoma of uterus.
