| 摘 要： | 目的:优选胆舒平胶囊的提取工艺.方法:采用混合水平均匀设计表U12(12×6×4×3)安排实验,以乙醇浓度、乙醇倍量、提取次数和提取时间为主要考察因素,以总蒽醌提取量(权重系数0.4)、延胡索乙素提取量(权重系数0.4)和干膏得率(权重系数0.2)为考察指标,进行多指标加权评分综合评价,进行胆舒平胶囊的提取工艺研究.结果:确定提取工艺为:加入8倍量53%乙醇,煎煮3次,每次0.5 h.结论:优化后的提取工艺合理、稳定、可行.

| Abstract: | Object To optimize the extraction process of danshuping capsules.Methods Arrange the experiments with different-level uniform design U12(12×6×4×3),and to study the effects of ethanol concentration,ethanol dosage,extracting times and extracting time.The percentage of the extract,the extraction of the total anthraquinones and tetrahydropalmatine were as investigation index,multi-index comprehensive evaluation of the weighted score was used to evaluate the uniform design optimization of extraction process.Results The extraction conditions were: adding 8 times the amount of chinese herbal medicine 53% ethanol extract,boiling 3 times and each time 0.5 h.Conclusion The optimized extraction process is reasonable,stable and practical. |
