眼前段照相系统做眼底照相的临床应用

目的探讨裂隙灯眼前段图像处理系统联合前置镜做眼底照相的临床应用状况和操作技巧。方法应用配置佳能PC 1305型数码相机(1 470万像素)的YZ5EI型裂隙灯显微镜结合VOLK前置镜检查眼底,并根据不同的病变位置调整倍率、角度、强弱,在不同滤光片下进行照相。结果采集具有代表性的眼底疾病照片:正常眼底、玻璃体星状变性、原发性高血压眼底改变、黄斑部星芒状渗出、视乳头缘微小肿物、糖尿病视网膜病变增殖期等。结论采用裂隙灯眼前段图像处理系统联合前置镜做眼底照相是基层医院眼科较实用的眼底资料储存方法。

The cinical application of anterior segment image processing system in groundphotography

Objective To explore the clinical application condition and skills of the slit lamp anterior segment image processing system combined with funduspre-setlens in groundphotography.Methods PC1305 Canon digital camera(14.7 million pixels)and YZ5EI slit lamp microscope combined with VOLK funduspre-setlen were applied to observe the eyeground pathological changes.Different photos were taken under different magnifying power,angle,light intensity and light filters according to the location and characteristics of lesions.Results The photos of various eyeground diseases were shown: normal fundus,vitreous opacity,hypertension fundus changes,macular star mans shape exudates,tiny mass on the optic cup marginal zone,diabetic retinopathy and so on.Conclusion The slit lamp anterior segment image processing system combined with funduspre-setlens in groundphotography is a practial method of data storage and worth spreading in primary hospital.
