| 摘 要： | 目的探讨10h工作制排班在肝胆外科优质护理示范病房的应用效果。方法对传统"三班制"工作模式进行改革,采用10h工作制模式,并评价实施10h工作制排班前6个月和后6个月的患者满意度、护士对工作满意度及护理质量。结果实施10h工作制排班6个月,患者满意度、护士对工作满意度、护理质量较实施前明显提高。结论护士排班可采用10h工作制排班模式。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of lOh team in hepatobiliary surgery department. Method Reform on arrangement mode on quality nursing care of demonstration ward traditional team arrangement mode of ＂three shifts＂ and replace it by 10h team arrangement mode. Assess the satisfaction level of patients, job satisfaction of nurses and nursing quality 6 months before and after carrying out reformed continuous team arrangement mode. Result Satisfaction level of patients, job satisfaction of nurses and nursing quality 6 months after carrying out reformed continuous team arrangement mode is obviously improved compared to 6 months before. Conclusion 10h team arrangement mode should be adopted. |
