糖尿病血糖监测的重要性分析

目的探讨血糖监测对糖尿病治疗的重要性。方法将我院门诊患者69例随机分为2组（监测组和未监测组）,对2组患者进行长达5年的随访观察。5年后对比观察2组血糖、糖化血红蛋白、并发症发病率。结果监测组的血糖、糖化血红蛋白与未检测组比较有明显差异（P〈0.01）,未监测组的糖尿病并发症发生率明显高于监测组。结论血糖监测是糖尿病综合治疗的基石,是反映糖尿病患者病情控制、指导治疗的重要指标,也是对患者进行个体化健康教育的重要依据。

Importance of blood glucose monitoring in treatment of diabetes

Objective To explore the importance of blood glucose monitoring for patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 69 patients in outpatient department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups(the monitoring group and the non-monitored group)and had 5-year-follow-up.Five years later,we observed and compared the blood glucose values,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels and incidence of complications between the two groups.Results The blood glucose values,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.01),The incidence of complications of diabetic patients in the non-monitored group were significantly higher than those of the monitoring group.Conclusion Blood glucose monitoring is the footstone for comprehensive treatment of diabetes.It reflects the status control of the diabetic patient and can be as the guide to the treatment.it is a important basis of the individualized health education for the patients.
