孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗儿童哮喘的临床观察

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗儿童支气管哮喘急性发作的临床疗效及安全性。方法将83例确诊为支气管哮喘急性发作的患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例,2组均给予常规治疗,治疗组加用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗,观察2组疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组患儿总有效率为88.37%,明显高于对照组的72.09%,差异有显著性（P〈0.01）.治疗组出现轻微不良反应,停药后不良反应自行消失。结论儿童支气管哮喘急性发作应用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片,可以提高临床疗效,降低气道高反应性,安全性高,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Clinical observation of Montelukast sodium tablets for treatment of asthma in children

Objectives To assess the efficacy and safety of montelukast sodium tablets for treatment of asthma in children.Methods 86 cases patients with acute asthma were divided randomly into the treatment group(43 cases) and control group(43 cases).Two groups received routine therapy.Treatment group plus montelukast sodium tablets treatment on the bases of routine therapy.The effect and side reacts were observed.Results The total effective rate was 88.37%,higher than 72.09% in control group and there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium tablets in the treatment of children with acute asthmatic attack can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce airway hyperresponsiveness and it has some clinical value.
