72例老年脂肪肝的血脂和血液流变学特征分析

目的]探讨老年脂肪肝的血液流变学及血脂异常特征及临床意义.方法]检测老年脂肪肝患者72例和正常对照63例全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、血沉、血沉K值、压积和纤维蛋白原及甘油三脂,胆固醇等指标,计算红细胞聚集指数.结果]脂肪肝患者的全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、压积、红细胞聚集指数和纤维蛋白原及血脂指标较正常对照组显著升高( P <0.01).血沉和血沉K值较正常对照组低( P <0.01;0.02).结论]脂肪肝患者血液流变性及血脂明显异常,高血脂及血液粘度增加可能促使脂肪肝的形成.

Analysis of the Characteristics of Blood Lipids and Hemorheology in Elderly Patients with Fatty Liver

Objective] To explore the characteristics of blood ipids and hemorheology in elderly patients with fatty liver. Methods] Whole blood specific viscosity, plasma viscosity, blood sedimentation, K value of blood sedimentation, hematocrit（HCT）, fibrinogen, triglyceride and cholesterol in 72 elderly patients with fatty liver and 63 normal controls were measured. Erythrocyte aggregation index was calculated. Results] Compared with control group, whole blood specific viscosity, plasma specific viscosity, HCT, erythrocyte ag- gregation, fibrinogen and blood lipids in patients with fatty liver increased markedly（ P 〈0.01）. Blood sedi- mentation and K value of blood sedimentation in patients with fatty liver were lower than those in control group （ P 〈0.01 and P〈0.02）. Conclusion] Hemorheology and blood lipids in patients with fatty liver is obviously abnormal. Hyperlipemia and hyperviscosity may attribute to the formation of fatty liver.
