| 摘 要： | 目的分析足月小样儿的常见并发症,指导临床治疗。方法对2007年6月—2009年1月间我科收治的74例足月小样儿进行临床分析。结果 74例足月小样儿并发新生儿高胆红素血症52例（70.27%）,新生儿低糖血症22例（29.73%）,吸入性肺炎18例（24.32%）,新生儿窒息16例（21.62%）,低钙血症12例（16.22%）,血小板减少症6例（8.11%）,新生儿急性呼吸窘迫综合征1例（1.35%）,蛛网膜下腔出血2例（2.70%）,新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病1例（1.35%）。部分病例同时出现2~3种并发症。结论足月小样儿生后并发症仍较多,医护人员要加强监护,早期发现、早期干预,尽量降低后遗症风险,提高足月小样儿生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate common complications to small for gestaional age(SGA),and guide clinic therapy.Methods 74 cases of SGA were clinical analyzed in hosiptal from June 2007 to January 2009.Results Among 74 cases of SGA,there were 52 cases complicated hyperbilirubinemia(70.27%),22 cases hypoglycemia(29.73%),18 cases aspiration pneumonia(24.32%),16 cases asphyxia(21.62%),12 cases hypocalcemia(16.22%),6 cases thrombocytopenia(8.11%),1 cases neonatal acute respiratory distress syndrome(1.35%),2 cases subarachnoid hemorrhage(2.70%) and 1 cases neonatal hypoxia ischemic encephalopathy.Some cases had 2 to 3 kinds of complications.Conclution There were more complications after birth of SGA.Medical personnel should strengthen monitor,discover and intervene early,to reduce the risk of sequel and improve the living quality of SGA. |
