| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肝康片的利胆作用.方法:利用小鼠利胆试验、大鼠胆汁试验及胆汁成分分析来观察肝康片的利胆作用.结果:肝康片可提高小鼠胆汁分泌量,能明显提高大鼠总胆汁分泌量,能明显降低胆汁中胆固醇含量,提高胆汁中总胆红素和HCO3-含量(P＜0.05).结论:肝康片具有明显的利胆、降黄作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the role of the liver and gallbladder health films.Methods: The experimental mice and rats gallbladder bile and bile composition analysis and experimental observation of the choleretic effect of this product.Results: Liver tablets can increase the amount of bile secretion in mice,rats can significantly increase the total amount of bile secretion,can significantly reduce the cholesterol content of bile,increased bile total bilirubin and HCO3-concentration(P<0.05).Conclusion: Liver Tablets obvious gallbladder,lower yellow effect. |
