| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妇科肿瘤围手术期抗生素的合理应用。方法:对498例妇科肿瘤患者随机分成术前用药(实验组)和术后用药(对照组)两组,观察术后感染(盆腔感染和腹部切口感染)指标,比较两组抗生素使用的临床效果。结果:实验组和对照组术后感染率分别为0.93%(2/214)和1.05%(3/284),两组感染率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:妇科肿瘤预防性抗生素应用,短程术前和术后用药比长时间术后用药更具科学性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the reasonable application of prophylactic antibioties in gynecology tumor operation.Methods:Four hundred and ninety eight patients with gynecology tumors were divided into two groups randomly:study group(antibiotics admonistered before operation)and the control grouop(antibiotics administered postoperation).The evidences of postoperation infection(including pelvie cavity and abdomen wound infection)of the two groups were observed,and the clinical effection of the prophylactic antibiotics were compared.Results:The postoperation infection percentage in study group and control group were 0.93%(2/214)and 1.05%(3/284),respectively,and there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with long time use of antibiotics postoperation,the prophylactic antibiotics before operation and short course postoperation would have more superiority. |
