| 摘 要： | 目的：确立一个提高一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病治愈率的指导原则。方法：以记分法对急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病（1DEACMP）患者治疗前后常见的临床症状、体征进行统计学处理。结果：51例DEACMP患者经高压氧等综合治疗后，痊愈率为58．82％，远远高于未经治疗的一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者。结论：高压氧等综合治疗能大大提高DEACMP的治愈率，改善患者的生活质量，减轻家庭负担。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine a guide principle for increasing the healing rate of delayed encephalopathy caused by carbon monoxide poisoning.Methods:The clinical symptoms and signs of delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning (DEACMP) were scored before and after treatment.Results:The effctive rate was 58.82% in 51 cases treated comprehensively,which was higher than in the patients untreated.Conclusion:Comprehensive treatment including hyperbaric oxygen can greatly increase the healing rate of DEACMP... |
