直肠癌双吻合器保肛术后吻合口瘘的预防

目的评估双吻合器在直肠癌保肛术中的应用价值,探讨吻合口瘘的预防措施。方法 2005年10月至2010年9月采用双吻合器行直肠癌前切除术71例,其中腹膜返折下癌63例。结果采取术前认真准备、保证吻合口无张力、保证吻合口良好的血液供应、熟练使用吻合器械、合理放置引流、术前扩肛、术后营养支持等措施预防吻合口瘘。全组吻合口瘘发生率为4.2%（3/71）。结论双吻合器吻合用于直肠癌保肛手术安全、可靠。

Prevention of anastomotic leakage after the sphincter preserving surgery with double stapling device.
