| 摘 要： | 采用酶免疫法检测了80名原发性高血压病人外周血T淋巴细胞亚群.与对照组相比,CD_3、CD_8细胞减少,CD_4/CD_8比值升高;在高血压的不同病期,上述指标也有明显改变.结果表明,病人的免疫调控发生紊乱,免疫损伤可能是原发性高血压病因及病情进展的主要因素之一.

| Abstract: | The T cell subpopulation in peripheral blood in 80 patients with essential hypertension was determined by the immuno-en?yme assay. The result showed that the percentages of CD_3 and CD_8 cells were lower and CD_4/CD_8 ratio was higher in the patients than in the controls and that these indices varied obviously at different stages of hypertension. This indicates that there is a disorder of iummno-regulation in the patients with essential hypertension, and immunological injuny may be one of the important factors in the development and progress of the disease. |
