| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合预防恶性肿瘤病化疗引起患者消化道反应的疗效。方法:将128例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组64例和对照组64例,两组化疗期间均用格拉司琼和甲氧氯普胺抗呕治疗,治疗组同时服用加味半夏厚朴汤,进行比较分析。结果:治疗组中未发生消化道反应者为67.2%,对照组为40.6%;治疗组中发生重度消化道反应(Ⅲ、Ⅳ度)者为6.3%,对照组为26.6%;两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合预防化疗引起消化道反应疗效明显。
