宣肺咳喘方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的作用机理研究

目的:研究宣肺咳喘方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的作用机理。方法:将60例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分为二组,治疗组40例,对照组20例。治疗组予院内制剂宣肺咳喘方治疗;对照组给予帮备片(盐酸班布特罗)治疗;记录患者症状及血清IgE、IL-8水平,并且观察患者外周血嗜酸细胞数值的变化。结果:治疗组在总体疗效、控制症状方面均好于对照组;且治疗组患者血清IgE、IL-8下降程度明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义。两组患者外周血嗜酸细胞计数治疗后均有下降,与治疗前比较有显著性差异。结论:宣肺咳喘方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效肯定,且具有明显的抗过敏、抗炎的作用。

Research on the Mechanism of Xuanfeikechuan Fang Treating Cough Variant Asthma

Objective:To study the mechanism on cough variant asthma of the treatment with Xuanfeikechuan Fang.Methods:Divided 60 patients with cough variant asthma into two groups by randomly.Treated group(n=40)were treated with Xuanfeikechuan Fang,contrasted group(n=20)were given bambec troche.Recording symptoms of all patients before and after treating.Furthermore,detecting IgE and IL-8 in serun and acidophils in blood of all patients before and after treating.Results:The total symptoms of TCM:treated group is better than contrasted group,there is statistical significance.The level of IgE and IL-8 in serum of all patients decline,moreover,treated group is better than contrasted group,there is statistical significance.Acidophil in blood of all patients decrease also,there is statistical significance before and after.Conclusion:The treatment with XFKCF had undoubted effect on cough variant asthma it had total effect than Bambec troche.Besides it has evident effect on controlling irritability and inflammation.
