| 摘 要： | 目的：分析应用组织瓣移位修复肢体软组织缺损的效果。方法：对我院1990年1月－2000年10月采用组织瓣移位修复肢体软组织缺损84例，创面处理，手术方法及疗效进行评价。结果：临床应用84例，皮瓣全部成活，随访1－2年，功能及外形满意。结论：组织瓣移位是修复肢体软组织缺损的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Aim:To evaluate the clinical results of tissue flap transport to repair soft tissue defect.Methods:From January 1990 to October 2000,84 patients suffered from limb soft tissue defect were treated with tissue flap transport.Wound repair,operation and clinical results were evaluated.Results:Tissue flaps which was used to repair the soft tissue defects were all alive.84 patients were followed up from 12 to 24 months.Its Function and appearance were satisfactory.Conclusion:Tissue flap transport is an ideal way to repair limb soft tissue defect. |
