| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结直肠损伤处理的经验.方法回顾性分析近15年来收治的40例结直肠损伤的诊断和治疗.结果38例行手术治疗,包括单纯修补,造瘘加修补加引流等,均痊愈.2例入院后5h死亡.结论了解结直肠损伤的特点,提高结直肠损伤的认识,掌握好结肠Ⅰ期修复手术的适应证,减少结直肠损伤并发症,提高外科治疗效果.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the current management strategy for colorectal trauma. Methods Clinical data of 40 patients in recent 15 years with colorectal trauma were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Resuits Operations were performed on 38 patients,including simply repeat ,sigmoid colostomy plus drainge. 2 cases died 5h after admition. Conclusions It is important to understand the characteristics of colorectal trauma, graspindications for one-stage operation, and specificity of management of rectal trauma and istmgenic colorectal traumafor decreasing the complication and improving the effect of surgical treatment. |
