| 摘 要： | 本文报道37例颊癌的临床和治疗方法,35例为鳞状上皮癌,2例属于唾腺上皮癌。治疗以外科切除加清扫术为主,术后颊粘膜缺损采用中厚皮片、邻近组织瓣及游离皮瓣修复;对颊部的洞穿性缺损,则用游离皮瓣折叠或两种皮瓣瓦合修复。本文并提出术前放疗有助于提高治愈率。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to report our experience with 37 patients with cheek carcinoma, of whom 35 had squamous carcinoma and the other 2 carcinoma of small salivary gland. Radical excision was undertaken. The postoperation defects of buccal mucosa were repaired with thick-split skingraft, adjacent rotary tissue flap and forearm and insider shank free flap. Buccal penetrajng defects of the skin and mucosa were repaired successfully with folding free flap and 2 tiling tissue flap. Presurgical radiotherapy can begiven to improve the cure rate. |
