摘    要:目的 评价TiO2-xNx薄膜托槽的细胞生物相容性,并探讨掺氮含量与薄膜厚度对其生物相容性的影响。方法 通过对L929细胞进行细胞粘附实验、MTT实验和LDH释放实验评价TiO2-xNx薄膜托槽的细胞生物相容性,使用SPSS 19.0统计软件,通过单因素方差分析对实验数据进行统计学分析。结果 L929细胞在薄膜托槽组和对照组托槽表面的粘附和伸展状态均良好;虽然氮含量组和厚度组的细胞相对增殖率与对照组之间均存在显著性统计学差异(P<0.05),但所有组别的相对增殖率均在80%以上,随着氮含量的增加细胞相对增殖率降低,随着厚度的增加细胞相对增殖率增加。LDH结果显示随着氮含量的增加LDH活性增加,随着厚度的增加LDH活性降低,所有组别之间均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 TiO2-xNx薄膜托槽细胞毒性为0级,掺氮含量和薄膜厚度因素与L929细胞生物相容性有关。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the biocompatibility of orthodontic brackets coated with TiO2-xNx film, and to explore the effects of nitrogen-content and thickness of this film on the biocompatibility. Methods L929 cells were used to evaluate the biocompatibility of TiO2-xNxfilm of orthodontic brackets by the methods of cell adhesion, MTT assay and the LDH release assay. The experimental data was analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software, and the results were analyzed by one-way ANOVA. Results The L929 cells adhered and spreaded well on the surface of these thin films and the control group. Although the rates of relative cell proliferation were significantly statistical differences (P<0.05) between the group of the nitrogen content, thickness and control group, the relative proliferation rates of all groups were more than 80%. The cell proliferation decreased with increasing nitrogen content, and it increased with increasing thickness of the films. According to the LDH assay, LDH activity increased with increasing nitrogen content, and reduced with increasing thickness of thin films, there was no statistically significant difference between all of the groups (P>0.05) . Conclusion The level of cytotoxicity of TiO2-xNx film was grade 0, the nitrogen content and film thickness are relevant factors on the biocompatibility of L929 cells.
