大脑髓质深层静脉的扫描电镜观察

采用死后２４小时内童尸７例，经颈内静脉逆行灌注ＡＢＳ铸型剂，制成大脑静脉铸型标本，扫描电镜观察大脑髓质深层静脉的形态特征和构筑。结果表明：大脑髓质深层有微静脉、髓质深静脉和集合静脉干三级静脉，髓质深静脉起始于大脑髓质的中、外１／３交界处，收集大脑中央卵圆块内结构的微静脉，末端向侧脑室壁集中，汇入集合静脉干。在矢状位上，髓质深静脉沿侧脑室纵轴，呈“扇形”分布；在冠状位上，髓质深静脉以侧脑室为轴心，呈“半圆形”分布；在三维空间里，髓质深静脉围绕侧脑室各壁，呈“毛刷状”分布。

Observation on the Veins of Deep Cerebral Medullary with Scanning Electron Microscope

Seven children's brains were used in the present study,those corpses were perfused with ABS casting mould agent form the internal veins into cerebral venous system and made up the casting mould specimens of the cerebral veins in 24 hours after death.The morphological characteris tics and contruct position of the deep medullary veins were observed under the scanning electron microscope.The results show that:1)there are three type veins in the deep medullary, the microvenuals,deep medullary veins and collecting venous trunks.The deep medullary veins are originated from the middle part of the cerebral medullary and converged the microvenuals in all way These veins pour into the collecting venous trunks near the latteral ventricle.2) The deep medullary veins are distributed and fromed a "fan shap" on the sagittal plane and a "semicircular shap" on the coronal plane.It is suggested that those veins form a characteristic "brash shap" in three dimention space.
