乳癌仿根治一期重建术20例报告

目的探讨乳腺癌仿根治一期重建术的方法，探索新的手术方式并力求使患者保持良好的胸部曲线及美学效果。方法对本院2001年至2005年收治的20例乳腺癌患者行乳癌仿根治一期重建术。结果应用该方法治疗20例患者切口均一期愈合，其中有15例患者双侧乳房基本对称，效果满意，5例不理想，均为新术式实施初期，经验不足所致。结论对乳腺癌患者行乳腺癌仿根治一期重建术必须强调双侧体积，外形，位置三对称原则，应以健侧为标准，以个体化的设计重建为根本，必要时，尤其对于强调要求形体美的患者，可二次整形健侧，以达满意效果。乳房重建术，因个体差异，应掌握设计多种新术式，因人而异，分别设计实施，才能得到预期效果。

Exploration of imitate immediate Breast Reconstruction After Modilied Radical Mastectomy for 20 Breast Cancer Patients.

Objective To explore methods and their advantages or disadvantages of imitate immediate breast reconstruction afiermodified radical mastectomy for breast cancer patients and show aesthetic and satisfactory result. Methods From 2000 to 2005, imitate immediate breast reconstruction after modified radical mes tectomy was performed on 20 breast cancer in - patients in our bospital, Results Healing of the intision of all 20 cases by first intention with was satisactory in 15 cases, 5 cases were not satistied very much becase of lacking experience during the initial period. Conclusions Imitate immediate breast reconst ruction after modified radical mastectomy is fit for tumor cure andesthetic aim. The operation methods, were selected according to the breast shape and size in order to achieve the desired results.
