盐酸西布曲明片对性功能的影响

目的评价盐酸西布曲明治疗单纯性肥胖时对患者性功能的影响.方法采用随机、双盲、平行、安慰剂对照的研究方法,选择年龄18～60岁,体重指数≥25 kg/m2的单纯性肥胖患者,随机分为两组,口服盐酸西布曲明片10mg/d或安慰剂1片/d共12周,并在用药前后分别填写性功能评估表.结果完成随访的211例受试者中收回完整问卷177例,试验组87例,安慰剂组90例;在男性患者,试验组到达治疗终点时性功能评估的总分较入组时增高,其中问题2、问题3及问题5的评分明显增高,差异有显著性(P＜0.05);与安慰剂组比较评估总分差异无显著性,但在问题2和问题5的评分较安慰剂组增高,差异有显著性(P＜0.05).在女性患者除试验组在治疗终点时问题2的评分显著低于入组时和安慰剂组治疗终点外,评估总分和其他问题的评分在终点时和入组时差异无显著性,与安慰剂组比较差异亦无显著性(P＞0.05).试验组达观察终点时,与入组时及安慰剂组比较,体重、体重指数(BMI)降低,差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论盐酸西布曲明能有效降低体重,治疗单纯性肥胖;在减轻体重的同时,可以改善男性肥胖患者的性功能状况,对女性肥胖患者的性功能状况无显著影响,是一种安全且耐受性好的药物.

Sexual function effected by sibutramine hydrochloride during treatment for obesity

Objective: To evaluate effects on sexual function in obese patients due to sibutramine hydrochloride during treatment for obesity. Methods: A randomised clinical trial that their ages are from 18-60 years old and their body mass index (BMI) were beyond 25 kg/m2. The subjects were enrolled in 7-10 days couple-blind run-in period with a cleaning phase(treatment by diet and exercise) and then randomised to receive either sibutramine 10 mg or placebo once daily for 12 weeks. ALL of the subjects filled out the questionnaire about sexual function index male: International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF-5); female: Femali Sexual Function Index (IFSF)] at the beginning and ending of the study. Results: 29 subjects were discontinued prematurely and 177 subjects completed the questionnaires (sibutramine group n =87, female=62; placebo group n =90, female=70). At the end of the study the mean weight, BMI loss was greater in the sibutramine group than in the placebo group (P <0.05). At the end of the study there were higher scoring in question 2,5 in the sibutramine group than the placebo group and the beinging of the sibutramine group in males (P <0.05). There were higher scoring in gross ,question 3 at the ending than the beinging in males of the sibutramine group (P <0.05). There were lower scoring in question 2 than the placebo group and the beinging (P <0.05) in female. There were no significant differences in gross and other questions at the ending of sibutramine group contrast to the placebo group and the beinging of sibutramine group in female (P >0.05). Conclusions: Sibutramine hydrochloride is an effective medicine of slimming. It can improve the sexual function in male obese patients and may not affect the sexual function in female obese patients in the same time of slimming.
