| 摘 要： | 本文对334例脑血管意外(CBVU)病人中的66例死亡病例的病死率和病死原因作了临床分析;阐明了脑血管意外的并发症与治疗方法;用统计数字说明了十种常见的临床诱发因素对其予后的影;对 CBVU 主要致死原因的脑疝、中线破坏及消化道出血作了较为详细的讨论;引证了文献中具体数字与本组病人的各种情况作了比较和对照。对今后降低脑血管意外病死率提供了有益的经验和注意事项。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a clinical analysis on the case-fatality rate and the causes of death of 66 cases in 336 patients with cerebrovascular accident were performed.The complications and treatment methods in 66 death cases were explained.The affects of ten common procipital- ing factors on prognosis of the disease were expounded with stctistical figures.The impor- tant lethal causes,such as cerebral hernia,disturbance of half-way line and hemorrhage of digestive tract were discussed particularly.The reported figures in other paper were com- parison with all figures of this series.The beneficial experiences and attentive item for de- creasing the fatelity rate of cerebrovascular accident in future were offered. |
