| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC法同时测定清热解毒片中黄芩苷和连翘苷含量。方法：色谱柱：KromasilC，8柱（250mm×46mm，5μm）：流动相：甲醇-乙腈。水-磷酸（65：15：19．5：0．5）；流速：1．0ml·min^-1；检测波长：230nm。结果：黄芩苷线性范围1．42～22．78μg（r=0．9998），平均回收率为98．2％，RSD=1．2％（n：5）；连翘苷线性范围1．12～17．92μg（r=0．9995），平均回收率为95．9％，RSD=1．0％（n=5）。结论：方法专属性强、准确、快速，适用于清热解毒片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin and phillyrin in Qingrejiedu tablets. Method： The Kromasil Cl8 column （250mm×46mm,5μm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-aeetonitrile-water-phosphoricacid （ 65 ： 15 ： 19.5： 0.5 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. The detecting wavelength was at 230 nm. Result： The calibration curves were linear within the range of 1.42 - 22.78 μg for baicalin （ r = 0. 999 8 ） , and 1.12 - 17.92 μg for phillyrin （ r = 0. 999 5 ）, respectively. The average recovery rates were 98.2% and 95.9% （ n = 5 ） with RSD of 1.2% and 1.0% , respectively. Conclusion： The method is rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Qingrejiedu tablets. |
