| 摘 要： | 近年来,临床开展射频消融（RFA）联合栓塞化疗（TACE）治疗肝癌,现从RFA治疗的局限性、联合治疗的可行性、联合治疗对机体免疫功能的影响、联合治疗的顺序、术后护理要点等方面介绍RFA联合TACE在肝癌治疗护理中的研究进展。

| Abstract: | In recent years, radiofrequency ablation （RFA） combined with transcatheter arterial chemo embolization（TACE） were carried out widely for treatment of liver cancer in clinic. This article reviewed research progress on treatment and nursing care of liver cancer patients accepted RAF combined with TACE from aspects of the limitation of RAF therapy, the feasibility of combination therapy, the influence of combination therapy on immune system, the order of combination therapy, and main points of postoperative care. |
