卵巢癌介入化疗和腹腔静脉双途径化疗疗效观察

目的 比较中晚期卵巢癌患超选择髂内动脉插管化疗和腹腔静脉双途径给药化疗两种治疗方法的疗效．方法 40例确诊的中晚期卵巢癌患。介入组19例行DSA下Seldinger法插管至肿瘤供血血管，灌注化疗药物后明胶海绵栓塞，对照组2l例接受腹腔及静脉双途径给药化疗。结果 介入化疗组19例中，CR PR l5例，有效率78．95％；对照组2l例。CR PR l0例，有效率47．62％，两比较差异有显性。介入化疗组在获得有效肿瘤细胞减灭术方面亦明显高于腹腔静脉联合化疗组。两种化疗方法在症状缓解率上无统计学差异，在副反应方面前明显低于后，有统计学意义。结论 介入化疗是中晚期卵巢癌理想的辅助治疗。可重复操作，疗效满意且副作用小，优于腹腔静脉联合化疗。

Comparison between Intraarterial Chemotherapy and Intravenous-plus Intraperitoneal-Chemotherapy in Advanced Ovarian Carcinoma

Objective To compare the efficiency of intraarterial chemotherapy and intravenous chemotherapy combined with intraperitoneal chemotherapy in advanced ovarian carcinoma.Methods Of 40 eligible patients, intraarterial chemotherapy was performed in 19 patients and the other 21 patients in control group(n=21)were given intravenous chemotherapy combined with intraperitoneal chemotherapy.Results Among the intraarterial chemotherapy group,3 patients showed a complete response(CR),12 had a partial response (PR).Of the control group,no patient had a complete response(CR),10 had a partial response(PR).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Intraarterial chemotherapy is an ideal neoadjuvant treatment in advanced ovarian carcinoma, which is superior to intravenous chemotherapy combined with intraperitoneal chemotherapy.
