| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在全麻状态下与清醒状态下行导尿术，对全麻苏醒期躁动情况的影响。方法选择80例食管癌手术患者，随机分为2组。实验组（40例）在麻醉前清醒状态下行导尿术，对照组（40例）在麻醉后行导尿术。比较2组患者在全麻苏醒期的躁动分值和导管脱出率。结果实验组与对照组比较，前者躁动分值和导管脱出率明显低于后者，两者比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。并且，躁动分值与导管脱出呈正相关。结论在麻醉前行导尿术，可明显减轻全麻患者苏醒期躁动。降低不良情况的发生率。
