| 摘 要： | 目的分析2型糖尿病发生脂肪肝的危险因素。方法130例2型糖尿病病人,分为糖尿病合并脂肪肝(DFL)组与糖尿病非合并脂肪肝(NDFL)组。结果DFL有关的危险因素包括体重、体质指数、腰臀比值、血压、空腹胰岛素、餐后2 h胰岛素、胆固醇、甘油三酯、载脂蛋白B、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),其中最主要的两个危险因素是体质指数、甘油三酯。结论影响DFL的因素很多,主要危险因素是甘油三酯和体质量指数,脂肪肝可能是糖尿病前的一个阶段。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the risk factors associated with diabetic fatty liver(DFL).Methods One hundred and thirty diabetic patiens were divided into two groups(DFL and NDFL).Results Risk factors related to DFL including BMI,WHR,SBP,FINS,TC,TG,ApoB and HOMA-IR.TC and BMI were the most important risk factors.Conclusion There are many factors can infleunce DFL,of which BMI and TG are the most important..Fatty liver may be a prediabetic stage. |
