| 摘 要： | 为观察后房人工晶状体植入术中角膜后弹力层脱离发生原因和处理措施，在显微镜下对621例（643例）后房人工晶状体植入术病人在术中和术后进行了观察，并将后弹力层脱离分为4级记录。其中42眼发生不同程度的后弹力层脱离，发生率为6．53％。经正确处理后未发生严重并发症。认为手术中正确的切口位置和减少器械反复进入眼内是防止后弹力层脱离的重要因素，对高龄病人尤为重要。

| Abstract: | In order to understand the complicatio of detachm-ent of De scement's membrane in IOL implantation, 621 cases (643eyes) posterior chamber intaocular lens were observated The results demonstrated that Dexcemet's membrane of 42 eyes was detached The rat was 6.53% .Af ter the serious complications were avoided. In the report, the record method of the Detachment degree of the descement's membrane was gived . The pathogenesis,prevention and treatment were discussed . |
